Rich Walker

A true emcee to the core Rich Flow has been rhyming for over 13 years. He began writing at 14 when he first began highschool and developed his flow techniques and abilities as he grew older and moved south to Miami where he learned how to put his words to music being schooled by his cousin Steele and produced by a kid now known as StreetRunna... A year later when he moved to Atlanta he learned to ride on hi-hats battling any and every adversary who dared approach him to challenge his style... He was lyrically instructed by his cousin Infinite G who often sparred with him to keep his skills sharp... Flow used to bring rhymes to english class written clean, detailed and articulate to recite them for extra credit... He then moved back to NYC where he attended Erasmus hall High school and met the first 106th and park champ Posta Boy they battled and Flow won for freestyling off the top... a month later he developed a crew called the Monstarrz with some of his schoolmates and they did open mics in Flatbush at the now defunct Hardcore hiphop shop... shortly after the Monstarrz disbanded He got caught up with Gang culture that swept through the city and decided he'd oppose the bloods who were cutting pregnant women and senior citizens at the time repping the set that brought him home in Atlanta the 666 IGD's He banged and earned his stripes becoming known as King Vamp Folk He then slowed down after 4 years of running wild in 2000 when he attended Jobs for youth apprenticeship to obtain his GED where his Teacher Robert McDuffie helped him further develop his love for the language and registered him in various spoken word events and even made him Valedictorian of his graduating class for his strong command of the language... Flow never one to disappoint made him proud by making his speech rhyme from beginning to end to the approval of the audience whose deafening applause would have made any music impresario proud... Mr.McDuffie tried to get Flow on the Radio at WNYW where Flow and his then partner in rhyme Aries Sunnoco had so impressed the staff that they invited them back to run their own show, but then problems arose with Flow and his street life which he at times tried to turn a deaf ear to in order to work on his craft so Flow had to move to Tampa Florida where he would hang out with his cousins and head to the local house parties and battle for fun while getting loaded. He met the Phantastic 4 on a few occasions and ran around with them battling all over St. Petersburg and shutting down all comers at Clearwater beach during Spring Break of '02 After living in Florida awhile he moved back to Atlanta with his brother Lazy They moved in with his father and linked back up with his cousins Horny Sticcs and Inf G who took him to record and do more venues. A few months later they opened and operated an after hours club called The Upper Room and Rich began to hustle heavily in his neighborhood called Babyland Austell...

He moved back to NYC in 2004 after the area getting too hot for comfort and started a crew called DBD (Death B4 Dishonor) with his Brooklyn homies and they began to hit every venue they could in search of fame and fortune...In 2005 they did as many shows as they could in 2006 Flow was blessed with a son he named Amir a.k.a. Trip Deuces because he was born on 2/22/06 from there he went harder than ever meeting Choo Biggz and the So serious crew who helped him step his game up further and record quality tracks for the masses to enjoy... He's currently searching for a label to help him distribute his product he doesn't quite want a recording contract because he doesn't want anyone else feeling obligated to his money so he's trying to do as much as he can himself before shelling out a red cent for anything that has to do with his album... Flow is also available for any music related venues, features, dvd magazines, photo shoots, casting calls and etc..
